L’Institut Régional d’Insertion Professionnelle etSociale (IRIPS) is a non-profit association that manages various initiatives and systems which are directed to professional and social integration, support of diversity and inclusion for people in vulnerable situations.
Our values include better Education, Social Inclusion and Employability.
We operate a training centre and offer tailor-made training to people in vulnerable situations or disabilities, consultation and guidance for disabled people, evaluation, retraining and social and/or professional orientation.
We also have a resource centre, aiming at sharing resources and developing connections at a regional level.
Finally, we lead and participate in European projects that benefit from our experience in Inclusion and Diversity, Support of people in vulnerable situations, Digital and Green skills.
